Account Manager (Client Services)

Digible, Inc. is a startup in the digital marketing and technology field. We bring the industry's most advanced digital strategies, products and research to scale. Our focus is multifamily marketing and student housing with a client base spanning across 50 markets. Digible has big plans for expansion for both our agency and SAAS platform. Digible, Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team and manage client relationships on both the agency and technology side of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a growing team that is innovating within the digital marketing and tech space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a specific set of clients, responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining current relationships

  • Responsible for all aspects of client needs. Starting with developing strategy and recommendations all the way through to campaign setup, reporting, pacing, monitoring of campaigns and overseeing billing

  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and make recommendations. Work closely with our operations team to optimize campaigns for best ROI

  • Delivery frequent updates both internally and externally on key accounts, campaigns, performance and platform usage

  • Assist in building out the workflow and process of internal teams in order to maximize success and efficiency

  • Create, recommend and influence ad creative, copy, and marketing collateral

  • Assist in data analysis and provide metrics-based recommendations to internal teams and clients

  • Assist in establishing industry specific best practices, guidelines, recommendations and objectives

  • Define and maintain KPIs for clients, hold team accountable to hitting benchmarks



  • A minimum of 2+ years of account management experience in digital marketing with experience in PPC, Social, Programmatic, and Email

  • Experience with CRMs, project management systems and implementing new infrastructure a strong plus

  • Proven track record in operating with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional team commitments


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, time management and prioritization a must

  • Experience working in Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Programmatic Display, Email and mobile adservers, mobile apps and SAAS platforms

  • Ability to translate objectives into actionable plans

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

  • Self-motivated, problem solver with high energy and enthusiasm

  • Willingness to wear multiple hats

  • Ability to research, and understand the customer's perspective and the competitive market

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, requests and priorities at the same time
