Our focus is multifamily marketing and student housing with a client base spanning across 50 markets. Digible has big plans for expansion in 2019 for both our agency and SAAS platform. The Digible team is looking for an expert SEO Manager with a strength in local SEO and franchise business. This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with our core team across over 70 national markets and become an essential contributor to Digible’s company road map.
This position requires the skill to develop, execute and scale agency work while communicating effectively with team members and clients. In addition to these skills, we are searching for a skilled professional with the capacity to be creative and strategic in their approach. Own the charge in SEO strategy & campaigns including technical, local, and content elements
Executing and leading process for SEO clients
Refine the current company strategy and all initiatives surrounding our SEO offering for clients both in and out of the multifamily industry
Analyze the effects of SEO campaigns across multiple platforms and overall return on investment for clients
Refine reporting and educational resources for clients to better explain our SEO services and cross-departmental vision
Communicate results to internal teams as well as directly to clients
Work directly with upper management and the Sales team to assist with pitches, new sales, and collateral for markets
Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies and standard methodologies
Experience implementing local SEO work in nationwide markets with various budget sizes
Ability to implement backend technical aspects of SEO such as metadata, redirects, image alt tagging, sitemap generation, robots.txt error testing
Experience driving organic web traffic and search engine rank
Strong copy writing and research skills
Ability and willingness to work with development teams and provide recommendations regarding website architecture in a clear & concise manner
Experience executing website audits and ongoing SEO recommendations
Ability to successfully get manual actions revoked
Understanding of major search engine algorithm updates with ability to dedicatedly prepare clients for future updates and communicate the impact they will have
A self-starter with strong communication skills, who is detail oriented and takes the initiative
3-5 years of digital marketing experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google My Business
The ability and know-how to scale local SEO campaigns across brands
Experience with multiple CMS platforms, and the deep understanding to quickly jump into new ones
Experience crafting and implementing strong local SEO strategies
Ability to analyze campaign data and build recommendations specific to client success and respective critical metrics
Willingness to fully immerse into a new vertical to understand needs, general questions, and education for clients surrounding their SEO
